By adding a cover to the joint connection and filling it with polyurethane foam, a strong foam with minimal elasticity can be obtained due to the pressure during foaming. Additionally, a water channel is created, so any leaked liquid is directed to the water channel and accumulates in the external liquid collection pipe (sign pole), changing color due to the dye contained inside, making leaks visible. In places where visual inspection is difficult, such as high locations or attics, a leak sensor can be incorporated internally to enable remote alarm notification. *Flange covers are also scheduled to be released soon!

There are currently no similar products available. We focused on the critical points of the double pipe system to achieve cost reduction. Leaks from the adhesive joints and threaded parts of both PVC and steel pipes are overwhelmingly common. If we can prevent and detect leaks at the joint sections with a single solution, we can implement leak prevention measures on more lines with the cost required for the double pipe. This product involves attaching a cover to the joint, injecting polyurethane foam inside to create a seamless, integrally molded compression sealing material within the cover. During this process, we create a water channel inside, so any leaked liquid accumulates in the liquid collection pipe (sign pole) from the water channel, changing color due to the dye enclosed within, making leaks visible. For high places or concealed areas, we can incorporate leak sensors for remote monitoring.
