To protect the end faces of the paper tube or to increase torque during winding, a nozzle is inserted at both ends of the paper tube. It is equipped with an expander function to widen the end face of the nozzle and a punch function to prevent rotation. Several types of punches are available depending on the required torque.

• Paper Converting Machinery

Connect two or three paper tubes with staples to create a long paper tube. It is used with board paper tubes because it creates a surface with unevenness. Compared to the traditional type that is inserted into a shaft, it is easier to insert and remove the paper tube since there is no shaft.

• Paper Converting Machinery

The ends of the paper tubes are shaped into male and female connections for joining. A long paper tube can be regenerated using 2 to 3 short paper tubes. Compared to traditional staple joining, there are no protrusions on the outer diameter, and the bending strength is increased by more than three times.

Remove the end cap from the discarded paper tube. It is cheaper compared to the end cap extraction machine. Since it uses a method of deforming the end cap with a lever to tear and pull it off the paper tube, neither the paper tube nor the end cap can be recycled.

To enable the used paper tube to be cut short and reused (recycled paper tube), we extract the end fittings from one or both ends without damaging the paper tube. This is used when you want to cut as close to the fitting position as possible or when you want to avoid mixing the fittings with the cut-off scraps.

It automatically cuts the paper tube to a predetermined length. It is also possible to cut different lengths from a single material tube.

This is a standard cutting machine that cuts one side (both sides) of a paper tube with a chip saw. The flatness of the cut surface and length accuracy are superior to those achieved with a circular blade (slitter) cutting. The single-end cutting machine is suitable for printing tubes where one end's fitting can be used as is, while the double-end cutting machine is suitable for cardboard tubes where both ends' fittings cannot be reused.
