In 2014, Chiyoda Gikou Co., Ltd. first introduced the "long-length NC machining center" and has since installed a total of three machines. We will introduce the reasons for this and its effects. This is a 3-meter table specification machining center, which has increased output compared to standard models and has more ATC (Automatic Tool Change) units upon delivery. When it was put into operation at the factory, it exhibited high positioning accuracy and significantly faster speeds. Compared to the previously used machine with the same specifications, the machining speed increased by approximately 1.8 times. Overall productivity has improved, allowing for about twice the machining volume compared to the previous machine. Due to the positive results, additional purchases were made for a 4-meter air vice specification machine and a 6.5-meter table specification machine. Free membership registrationWe will introduce the reasons and effects of Shinco Co., Ltd. introducing a total of seven processing machines, including five units of the "IMT Series." When we consulted with the company, they were able to accommodate our requests to some extent in a custom-made manner, and the discussions quickly came together to introduce the "IMT Series." The "IMT Series" was introduced in three units about 15 years ago, with two additional units added 10 years ago, and currently, five units are in operation. We received feedback stating, "They were able to incorporate our requests and deliver in a short period. The versatility also matches well with what we are looking for." Free membership registrationThis product is manufactured, sold, and maintained by Hitachi Power Solutions Co., Ltd. Our company cooperates with Hitachi Power Solutions Co., Ltd. in the manufacturing and customization of this product. 【What is Friction Stir Welding (FSW)?】 It is a technology invented in the UK in 1991, which joins materials by softening them with friction heat generated by rotating a cylindrical joining tool and stirring that part. Since it does not use any materials other than the base materials, it has high fatigue strength and allows for joining with minimal distortion, as the materials do not melt. 【Features of 2D-FSW】 ■ Achieves "high quality" and stable FSW through unique technology in spindle structure and control ■ A joining method that eliminates arc light, noise, and dust, providing a work environment considerate of people and reducing running costs ■ A joining technology that does not involve melting of the materials, resulting in minimal deformation or distortion due to heat ■ Customizable to accommodate table sizes, strokes, and other specifications according to customer needs *For more details, please refer to the leaflet or feel free to contact us.
