It is possible to apply an insulating coating such as ceramics or resin to the tip of the thermocouple. We can accommodate not only general-purpose and ultra-thin thermocouples but also ultra-fine thermocouples with a diameter of 13μm. The coating thickness will be between 20 to 40μm. Since the coating is added to the price of the thermocouple, the unit price will vary depending on the number of units ordered. You can place an order for just one unit, but the unit price will be higher compared to ordering multiple units.
