This is a replacement connector conversion adapter compatible with the discontinued MELSEC sequencers manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation. Wiring work that usually takes a long time can be easily replaced in about 5 minutes per unit and 30 minutes per system, without changing the existing wiring. We received a request to prevent issues such as the paint rusting and contaminating the line, which had been a previous problem. We changed to SUS material to prevent rust contamination, and since we were able to newly expand the existing equipment, the factory's production capacity has also improved. It was used underground and outdoors for 1 to 2 years, and typically leased for an additional 3 to 4 years of repeated use. In response to the request for specifications that could withstand such harsh usage environments, it was designed for outdoor use, and despite being a device with a total length of 5 meters, it has no connections.
