High-precision 3D shape processing is possible with a 5-axis machining center, and they can be manufactured up to a maximum diameter of 140 mm (in-house production). Our company is equipped with a DC power TIG welding machine primarily for the airtight welding of alumina parts and SUS flanges. Alumina and SUS are not suitable for direct bonding due to differences in thermal expansion. Therefore, by brazing alumina with Kovar metal, which has a similar thermal expansion, and then welding the Kovar metal to SUS, we can produce products with excellent airtightness. Since we carry out consistent manufacturing in-house, we can manage yield internally, which also reduces the material risks for your company that would arise from outsourcing part manufacturing and welding operations to other companies. Our "Heater Unit" is designed to create a certain temperature difference within the furnace core according to the temperature required by the sample, allowing for temperature control. Our company provides "metallized brazed products" using our own alumina, tailored to your specifications. By using the "molybdenum-manganese metallization method" on our alumina, we enable bonding with dissimilar metals. Molybdenum-manganese metallization aims to improve the wettability of the filler material and to form electrical circuits, characterized by high airtightness and stable productivity. Additionally, we can also offer "Au (gold) metallization" aimed at preventing charge-up, and "Ag (silver) metallization" for the formation of electrical circuits.
