The "T.K Planting Mat" is a thin-layer greening base mat used in the rooftop greening method by TANKATSU Co., Ltd. This mat, which contains artificial lightweight soil and has a thickness of 2 to 5 cm, allows for quick and easy installation by simply replacing soil. There is no need to lay down the usual 30 cm or more of soil required for conventional planting, thus avoiding any load on the building.
