At the food manufacturer, they were repeating transportation tasks for about 200 times in a half-day concentrated effort, involving the movement of 30kg sugar bags. The transportation work was done by moving them onto pallets with two people working together. Since two people were required for the transportation tasks, it took up manpower, making it impossible to carry out other tasks during that time, resulting in poor work efficiency. Additionally, this was a physically demanding task, and with the high volume of transportation needed daily, it placed a significant burden on the employees, leading to a desire to reduce this strain. ■ Solution and Effects To address the issues, we proposed our Balancer Wyman "MY-BS-105." We adopted a vacuum suction attachment to enable the transportation of 30kg sugar bags without physical strain on the body. We also designed it as a cart that allows for fine adjustments in position within the factory. At the parts manufacturer, there was a task involving handling a cleaning machine that could weigh up to 70 kg when parts were placed inside it. Since the parts were manually transported and loaded into the cleaning machine, work efficiency was poor, and it placed a burden on employees. ■Solution and Effects To solve the problem, we proposed our Wyman "MY-BS-104." When a load is suspended safely under overload conditions, it will either balance and stop or cease to rise due to torque control. In the event of a disconnection in the control power line or signal line, an emergency stop will occur. If there is no lifting or lowering command for a certain period due to the timer circuit, the mechanical brake will engage, stopping power to the motor and placing it in a standby state.
