• Articulated Robot

One-touch attachment and detachment refers to a fastening component used instead of bolts. By replacing bolts, it allows for operation without tools, enabling one-touch functionality, which leads to increased work efficiency. It is particularly ideal for areas where frequent setup changes occur, contributing to overall setup improvements in the equipment. Additionally, all types are easy to operate, ensuring reliable fastening without variations in force from the operator. We have now added a new type. It is optimal for situations in equipment and production facilities where the target workpieces, attachments, or jigs are small or where there are constraints such as limited installation space.

The "shaft lock," which allows for the fixation of rotating axes such as spindles by simply turning the lever 90°, can be used in combination with indicators and is ideal for locking after feed adjustments caused by table movements during setup changes. With "lever operation that requires no tools," "clear indication of clamp completion," and "consistent clamping force for anyone," it is effective for improving setups.
