The "Dynamic Tracing Function (DT)" enables the visual inspection of products with large and curved shapes, such as automobile bodies and helmets, by capturing and following the distortion of reflection positions and bright lines that occur when lighting is applied to the product. This new technology allows for consistently uniform lighting on the captured images, regardless of the curvature. It features the original patented camera "Multiple Imager" and dedicated lighting. The setup consists of one camera and one lighting unit, eliminating the need for multiple cameras as in traditional inspection methods, thereby contributing to a reduction in equipment costs and setup time.

The Appearance Kenta-kun is a dual-arm robot capable of performing inspections similar to humans, with consistent quality and the ability to operate continuously for 24 hours. It can also handle tasks such as assembly and packaging, allowing one Appearance Kenta-kun to take on the work of more than one person.
