This product is an LED lighting that can save 70% energy, designed for large floodlights ranging from 1kw mercury lamps to 2kw metal halide lamps. The light distribution is available in narrow, medium, and wide angles according to the application. It is also available in a salt damage resistant specification.

The LHL series is a high-bay light designed with a wide beam angle using the latest chips (190 to a maximum of 210 lm/W) from SSC (Seoul Semiconductor). It has a high color rendering index (Ra) of over 80, receiving high praise as a replacement for mercury lamps in factories and warehouses. Additionally, the glare-cut type with a milky cover for the LED light-emitting surface is very popular in gymnasiums. It has no visual glare at all, making it ideal for sports facilities and places where light reflection is undesirable.

This product was developed in collaboration with the Fukuoka Industrial Technology Center's Mechanical and Electronic Research Institute, utilizing the Fukuoka Prefecture Manufacturing Subsidy (FY 2014). Through thermal fluid analysis and temperature measurement, we conducted an optimal design of a heat sink shape that offers high heat dissipation performance and cost reduction. Additionally, we performed optimal shape design of a reflector to achieve the desired illuminance and light distribution characteristics through optical simulation, and its effectiveness was verified through lighting characteristic measurements.
