Achieving over 60 spm with simultaneous tapping processing and press sequential processing. With the servo tap STP type, tapping inside the mold is possible, and you can also use multi-axis processing jigs for the usual robot lines and single processing. The tap sizes range widely from M1 to M10. Operation is very simple. The controls are straightforward via a touch panel (with three types of processing modes). Since it has its own control and power, there is no need to take from the mold or press machine. The PT series tapping unit for inside the mold can be attached and detached, making storage and reuse easy. It can also be left attached to the mold.
