In the corporate member award system, we were recognized for developing the world's smallest spring, contributing to the miniaturization of electronic devices, and received an award from the Nihon Keizai Shimbun in March 1990. At Miyashita Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we design, manufacture, and sell spring contact probes for inspection parts. We offer two products with spring pressures of 26g and 20g (0.3 stroke) and eleven products with spring pressures ranging from 6g to 90g (2/3 stroke). The materials (surface treatments) are as follows: plunger: SK material (gold-plated for the fork), spring: piano wire (gold-plated) or stainless steel, barrel: phosphor bronze (gold-plated) or brass (gold-plated), and receptacle: phosphor bronze (gold-plated) or brass (gold-plated).
