In the field of ultra-precision springs, we have successfully achieved winding processing of extremely fine wire with a diameter of 0.016 mm and an outer diameter of 0.066 mm through our unique machine development and manufacturing processes. In the corporate member award system, we were recognized for developing the world's smallest spring, contributing to the miniaturization of electronic devices, and received an award from the Nihon Keizai Shimbun in March 1990. At Miyashita Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we design, manufacture, and sell spring contact probes for inspection parts. We offer two products with spring pressures of 26g and 20g (0.3 stroke) and eleven products with spring pressures ranging from 6g to 90g (2/3 stroke). The materials (surface treatments) are as follows: plunger: SK material (gold-plated for the fork), spring: piano wire (gold-plated) or stainless steel, barrel: phosphor bronze (gold-plated) or brass (gold-plated), and receptacle: phosphor bronze (gold-plated) or brass (gold-plated).
