NIPPS processing is a unique drilling method that prevents burrs from forming on the inner surface of hollow components, based on the concept of "not producing burrs on the inner surface." Our company was founded in 1973 as Ueno Press Mold Design Office, and since establishing Naddik Co., Ltd. in 1982, we have been dedicated to press mold-related operations for over 40 years. In particular, we developed a method for processing cross holes in pipe-shaped components without inner burrs in 2004, for which we applied for and registered patents in seven countries both domestically and internationally.
