This is a chelating fiber in which chelating functional groups that capture metalloids or heavy metals are chemically immobilized on cellulose. It has a high chelation rate, allowing for the removal, separation, and recovery of metalloids, heavy metals, and rare metals in a short time. Chelated metalloids and heavy metals can be eluted from the chelating fiber using acids or alkalis. It can be used for the purification of chemicals and products, as well as for the removal of harmful metal ions from wastewater. Additionally, it has selectivity towards metals, allowing for the preferential removal of specific metal ions. Metal ions in organic solvents can also be removed. There is also a cartridge type filled with this chelating fiber available.

By using a water-soluble rust inhibitor, temporary rust prevention can be achieved. Our company offers a variety of products, including those for steel, magnesium, silver, copper, aluminum, and zinc. 【Acid Corrosion Inhibitor】There are methods to remove corrosion products and scales formed on the metal surface using acidic solutions such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. By adding a small amount of acid corrosion inhibitor to the acidic solution, corrosion of the metal substrate and the generation of hydrogen gas can be suppressed. 【Hydrogen Peroxide Stabilizer】Hydrogen peroxide exhibits strong oxidizing power through decomposition, but the presence of metal ions such as Cu, Fe, Mn, and Ni in the solution can catalytically promote the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide. The reach of the rust-inhibiting components is long, at 2 meters, allowing the components to effectively cover large products and complex-shaped metal parts, providing high initial rust prevention effectiveness. Additionally, since the rust-inhibiting components do not crystallize on the metal surface, it allows for rust prevention packaging that does not compromise aesthetics. It is effective not only for steel but also for cast iron parts, making it ideal for rust prevention during storage for about 1 to 2 months. For example, when there are large amounts of calcium ions or iron ions in the water, it becomes difficult to create lather with soap in the bath, significantly reducing cleaning power. Similarly, in industrial cleaning agents, the presence of metal ions can hinder cleaning effectiveness. Thus, chelating agents are used to encapsulate problematic metal ions such as calcium and iron.
