To globally expand the dissemination and collection of information centered around Haneda, we have established a special lounge within HANEDA INNOVATION CITY (commonly known as HICity), directly connected to Keikyu and Tokyo Monorail's "Tenkubashi Station."

We will be exhibiting at 'OPIE '21 (Laser EXPO)' held from June 30 (Wednesday) to July 2 (Friday), 2021, at Pacifico Yokohama, Exhibition Halls C and D. Please be sure to visit our booth. Advance registration for attendees is required for entry to 'OPIE '21'. Due to measures against the COVID-19 pandemic, pre-registration and bringing a printed admission ticket are necessary.

We have introduced the 3D measurement laser microscope LEXT OLS5100-EAT, which enables observation at the submicron level and allows for non-contact, non-destructive measurements utilizing the characteristics of lasers. It can accurately observe and measure fine 3D shapes and enables observation of micro-fine processing using ultra-short pulse lasers, down to surface roughness. By leveraging this new measurement equipment, we will continue to strive for quality assurance in contract processing for all of our clients.
