This machine adopts the "push-through bending method," allowing for the setup of die & guide sets, push rod sets, and pipe holders according to the pipe's outer diameter and wall thickness. The bending radius (R), bending angle (T), and for three-dimensional bending, the axis angle (P) can be edited using a dedicated Windows program (EasyProgramming), enabling the cold plastic processing of pipes in a continuous, single-stroke manner. This significantly reduces subsequent processes such as welding. 2. You can convert the centerline of pipes composed of straight lines and arcs designed in your 3D CAD into a processing program using the included IGES converter. This allows for flexible prototyping similar to a 3D printer. 3. This machine excels at bending large radii of several meters, which traditional pipe benders struggle with, as well as complex R/gradual R with varying bending radii in succession, and furthermore, three-dimensional complex R/gradual R bending. 4. To prioritize the freedom of bending, it does not use a mandrel. The minimum bending radius is 3DR. 5. We welcome both prototyping and mass production. We can also provide virtual jigs using the latest 3D measurement systems.
