Ecomaru is a purging agent specifically designed for cleaning the interior of injection molding machine cylinders. ■ It has a high concentration of glass wool, prioritizing the removal of black spots. It removes and prevents resin degradation (burns and black spots) inside the cylinder that could not be eliminated with glass fiber, contributing to a reduction in foreign matter defects such as black spots and improving quality. ■ It excels in subsequent resin replacement, preventing molding defects caused by "residual purging agent." Subsequent resin replacement refers to the property of how quickly and reliably the purging agent is expelled after cleaning with the purging agent and switching to the next resin. The glass wool reinforced plastic "G-MAG HYBRID" is a hybrid glass fiber reinforced resin that takes advantage of the fineness and flexibility of glass wool for uniform dispersion, while incorporating the strength of glass fiber, effectively combining the best of both worlds. The pelletization process for uniformly mixing and dispersing glass fibers took over 10 years of development.
