This product can achieve an absolute correction with a precision of 1μm and a command value accuracy of +0.01μm using high-precision temperature sensors (thermistors). It supports a wide range of temperature measurements and enables monitoring such as abnormal temperature warnings. Furthermore, if the temperature sensor becomes disconnected after the device is installed, the number of the disconnected temperature sensor can be confirmed on the PC software.
