- D panels (insulated sandwich panels) are produced in various shapes according to different applications using our unique multi-stage press. - The core material, rigid polyurethane foam, contains gas with an extremely low thermal conductivity of 0.0226 W/mK, sealed within independent fine bubbles, providing excellent insulation properties. - We have standard products in stock. 10 sheets of D panel, 30t, 900mm x 1800mm, surface material: ivory on both sides. We can ship from one sheet with a short delivery time (by freight service). Please inquire for the unit price.

• Other machine elements

It can be used for various applications from exterior to interior. We use Galvalume steel (55% aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel). We can accommodate small lots (5 tons or more). For lots below that, please contact us. By combining Galvalume steel with baked paint, we have achieved high durability that is not found in on-site painting.

• Other metal materials

A variety of designs centered around wood grain brings your image to reality. We use 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel sheets (galvalume steel) as the base material. From simple and harmonious straight grain patterns to board patterns that combine the elegance and softness of nature, our products can be used for a wide range of applications, from objects to interior and exterior building materials. We can also develop new designs tailored to your preferences.
