This is an LED lighting device that enables shadowless illumination for stereo microscopes. Note: It can be used with stereo microscopes with an objective lens outer diameter of up to 69 mm.

• Optical microscope

This software attaches a Direct Show compatible camera to a biological, metal, or physical microscope, moves a manual XYZ stage, and creates a wide range of high-precision XYZ confocal images in real time.

• Image Processing Software

This is a suitable image processing software package for the restoration, visualization, and analysis of microscope images. The wizard-style user interface guides you through the deconvolution process of optical microscope images. Huygens Essential can perform deconvolution on a variety of images, from 2D-WF images to 4D multi-channel and 2-photon confocal time series images. To facilitate the comparison between the original image and the deconvolved image or between different deconvolved results, Essential is equipped with a binary 4D slicer tool. It also allows for the expression of 3D images and animations with powerful visualization tools. Post-restoration analysis is possible using interactive analysis tools.
