Prime Tech's "PIEZO pmm4g" is a piezo micromanipulator that enhances stable penetration and ease of use for samples. This product achieves "sample-friendly operation" without deforming the sample by using the PMM method, which does not press the pipette against the cell wall of the sample, such as a transparent band. ○ Clean Since it is a dry grinding plate that does not use water, it does not dirty the area around the grinder. There is no need for troublesome setup, achieving high-precision grinding work. ○ Easy With a magnetic system, the grinding plate can be removed with one touch. By replacing the grinding plate, you can always maintain excellent sharpness. Additionally, by using grinding plates with different particle sizes (please refer to the accessories below) for two-stage grinding, you can easily create a smooth pipette surface even for thick pipettes. ○ Accurate The needle tip is illuminated with a high-brightness LED. The thinner the wall thickness of the glass material tube, the finer the tip of the micropipette becomes. However, reducing this wall thickness by just 1% drastically weakens the physical strength, and since the absolute amount of glass decreases, it requires an extraordinarily high level of processing technology that is incomparable. Therefore, until now, it was considered that a wall thickness ratio of inner diameter to outer diameter of 75-80% was almost the limit for withstanding tip shape processing. However, Prime Tech has successfully combined its unique processing technology and manipulation know-how to produce a micropipette series using "ultra-thin tubes" with a wall thickness ratio of 85%. While retaining the highly reliable and complete basic elements of the P-97/IVF, the interface configuration, which felt a generation behind, has been upgraded. It has been changed to a color LCD touch panel system that allows for visual and tactile operation, significantly improving usability. Moreover, the evolution to the P-1000IVF goes beyond just the interface change to the touch panel system; it is thoroughly pursuing improvements in ease of use.
