• Processing Contract

The angular case (shield case for intermediate frequency transformers) is filled with our company's tradition and unique mold technology, cultivated over a long period through highly precise angular drawing and bending techniques.

• Processing Contract

On the technical side, we handle a range of products from simple punching processes to complex bending, curling, and crushing (coining) processes. In terms of quality, we accommodate high-precision products that require product management at the micron level, as well as various types of lead frames.

• Processing Contract

By maximizing the material elongation rate and uniquely designing the mold for the key wrinkle suppression areas, we have achieved a beautiful draw that is more than 2.3 times the diameter in six processes. What does it mean to have fewer drawing processes...? It means that the mold costs can be reduced due to the fewer processes. We have successfully processed difficult materials such as iron, brass, and stainless steel, and we are currently challenging the development of deep drawing technology for other difficult-to-process materials.

• Processing Contract

By performing three-column processing at 500 rotations per minute, we achieve a production rate of 1,500 pieces per minute, with maintenance every 2 million shots and stable quality, delivering over 20 million products to our customers each month, meeting all requirements for delivery, quality, and cost. The innovative mold structure significantly improves material yield through multi-column processing, and the craftsmanship of our mold artisans has drastically reduced maintenance frequency. We received the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award in the field of science and technology for our invention of "multi-column high-speed processing technology for drawn products" in fiscal year 2006.
