In our company, when processing with flat rolling, we can process without deforming the inner diameter. Unlike round rolling, flat rolling allows for gradual application of pressure to shape the screw, making it possible to process without altering the inner diameter shape. • Processing Contract

We would like to introduce our "press-fit threading process." When combining a plate and a screw, we perform the normally separate processes of press-fitting and threading in a single step. This not only reduces costs but also increases design flexibility, allowing for the possibility of keeping the bolt head flush with the plate. The "TS screw" features grooves on the screw threads, allowing it to flex while being tightened. The usage is exactly the same as a regular bolt; simply tightening it with a single nut will activate the anti-loosening effect. This product is a bolt screw that simultaneously forms screws with different pitches. It has two screw threads with different pitches on a single bolt, allowing for the placement of two types of nuts with different axial movement distances on the same axis at the same rotation speed. Additionally, thanks to the know-how gained from formed processing, it can be manufactured using the same process as general screws. This is a bolt that simultaneously forms screws with different pitches on the axis of a single bolt, and as a mass-produced item through rolling processing, it is the world's first bolt to meet the standards for pass and stop using a ring gauge for screw inspection (patent pending). By tightening a double nut made of different nuts, it achieves the ultimate in preventing loosening.
