Blanks refer to the processed materials in packaging, which are printed cardboard cut into the shape of boxes. By replacing the traditional visual inspection of the printed surfaces of the blanks with a blank inspection device, we eliminate the common oversights that occur with visual inspections. With the cooperation of an image processing manufacturer, our paper feeding mechanism instantly inspects for printing defects such as small stains, missing areas, water drops, smudges, and scratches.

• Image Processing Equipment

We conduct high-precision inspections to check for the presence or absence of "leaks" in various products by combining an air leak tester (manufactured by Cosmo Instruments) with optimal clamp and sealing devices for each individual product. We accurately determine the quality, detect any "leaks" in all products, and prevent product loss from occurring.
