Free membership registrationWe are installing an external encoder to measure the cutting length for the workpiece that is flowing. The servo motor starts synchronously with the cutting length match, and the cutter emerges during synchronization. At the cutter's end position, the cutter is retracted, and the servo motor decelerates and stops using the retract sensor. After confirming the stop, the system moves back to the origin while controlling position/velocity to ensure it is ready for the next cutting length. We are achieving endless control of the prying shear. Normally, it operates from the zero point position to the end position (variable), but if a constant discharge position for the workpiece is desired, the discharge position may be set to the origin position, with a variable start position.
