At Kyoshin, we have introduced YAG laser welding machines that have a very high energy density and minimal thermal impact on the base material. Due to the extremely high energy density obtained from the crystal made of Yttrium, Aluminium, and Garnet, we can perform deep and narrow welds, resulting in a fine and deep weld bead, making it suitable for products that require aesthetic finishing. At Kyoshin, we have introduced high-speed, high-precision pipe laser processing machines that can handle complex shapes. By unfolding from 3D CAD and performing processing, the need for dimensioning during positioning is eliminated, making positioning easier. This allows us to skip processes such as cutting, deburring, machining, and press processing. As a result, due to high precision from positioning to processing accuracy, we have significantly reduced processes.
