"Direct Gear Milling" is a gear direct processing service that achieves complete formation processing identical to hob machining through a unique program. It utilizes KANEKO's independently developed "End Mill Gear Cutting Program." It is possible to process shapes other than the tooth surface, such as the tooth root shape, in the same configuration as hob machining.
