[Customer Feedback] It may be partly due to my poor explanation skills, but I found it somewhat difficult to articulate my thoughts and current frustrations. I ended up using somewhat amateurish and abstract language. However, the person in charge was kind and attentive, and they were able to understand my needs, resulting in a clear set of requirements that matched my requests. This aspect seems to be more about human skills than technical ability. I was very grateful for the assistance.

We have been working together on a different matter for some time, and their response has always been very quick, making our transactions very pleasant. Additionally, they regularly check in on how things are going, which is very helpful and reassuring, so we decided to request their services again this time.

Customer Feedback Production efficiency has doubled, leading to improved responsiveness and satisfaction for our customers. As for byproducts unrelated to customer interactions, tasks that used to take 2 hours can now be completed in 1 hour, which has also contributed to a reduction in overtime. Employees are now able to leave the office slightly earlier, which I believe contributes to an increase in employee satisfaction (ES).
