At Kenki, we handle the decarbonized fuel combustion-free pyrolysis system called 'PYRO POWER.' This product generates gas through pyrolysis at Biogreen, which is then used for power generation. The input materials are high-moisture organic sludge and livestock manure, which are dried using the KENKI DRYER to produce gas, oil, and biochar at Biogreen. If the power generation is substantial, it can take advantage of the system, and of course, selling electricity is also possible. The more electricity is sold, the more waste is eliminated, and profits can be earned. This truly represents a sustainable contribution to the environment. 【Features】 ■ Zero emissions ■ If the power generation is substantial, it can take advantage of the system, and selling electricity is also possible ■ The more electricity is sold, the more waste is eliminated *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"PYRO SLUDGE" is a decarbonized fuel combustion system that generates gas through pyrolysis at Biogreen and uses that gas as fuel for a boiler (steam generation device). High-moisture organic sludge and organic waste are dried using the KENKI DRYER. After drying, gas and charcoal are produced in the pyrolysis unit. Additionally, the gas generated from pyrolysis is used as fuel for the boiler, producing saturated steam. The saturated steam is utilized as a heat source for the KENKI DRYER. Furthermore, the charcoal produced from pyrolysis is used as solid fuel, activated carbon, soil conditioner, etc. 【Features】 ■ Conducts pyrolysis of raw materials at high temperatures to generate more gas ■ Temperature adjustment and management can be easily and reliably performed via a touch panel ■ Small scale ■ Can be installed at waste generation sites *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Biogreen" is a continuous thermal decomposition device that allows for safe and easy operation of carbonization, oilification, and gasification. It can operate unmanned for 24 hours without the use of combustible fuels. It can be used as a thermal decomposition system for extracting hydrogen and methane from waste plastics, producing carbon black from waste tires, and manufacturing activated carbon from organic sludge and organic waste. [Features] ■ Safe and easy operation for carbonization, oilification, and gasification ■ Decarbonization ■ No combustible fuels used *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe KENKI DRYER, designed and manufactured with technology that has obtained international patents in 8 countries and 11 cases, can easily, safely, and reliably dry high moisture content substances such as adherent, sticky, and solid materials, as well as liquids, which others cannot achieve. Despite its excellent performance, the machine's structure is simple, resulting in low initial, running, and maintenance costs. We encourage all inquiries to compare with other manufacturers. For sludge drying, we estimate a machine payback period of about 2 to 3 years through reduced waste disposal costs, and we recommend replacing box-type shelf dryers that require manual labor and struggle with drying in raw slurry drying. Organic waste with high moisture content, such as tea leaves, okara, livestock manure, vegetable scraps, and food residues, can be dried at low temperatures without changing their components, allowing for the recycling and repurposing of resources like fuel and soil conditioners, and in some cases, they can be sold at high prices, contributing to environmental sustainability. High moisture content sludge drying, raw slurry drying, and organic waste drying can be done easily, safely, reliably, and at a low cost. Patent acquisition countries: Japan, the United States, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Taiwan - 8 countries, 11 cases.
