The PX4200 series pressure sensor (current output) is made with a Silicon On Sapphire (SOS) sensor. The SOS structure uses a highly stable solid-state silicon strain gauge on a sapphire carrier, which is a glass bonded to a titanium diaphragm. Due to this combination, it is a highly durable pressure sensor with excellent stability and corrosion resistance over a wide temperature range. The loop-powered 3½ digit (-1999 to 1999) plug-on monitor allows for local display and a 60mA capable open collector set point.

The vibration monitor model 1-809 is a single-channel device that measures and protects the vibrations of critical rotating machinery. The machine vibration level is displayed on a 4-digit LED. The readings are shown in ips (inches per second) for velocity or in mils for displacement, and a 4-20mA output proportional to a predetermined vibration level is provided. Two alarms are available for early warning or machine shutdown due to excessive vibration. The vibration monitor model 1-809 is a panel-mounted type and can be used with velocity or acceleration (with amplifier) converters. The input signal is filtered by a bandpass filter with sharp cutoff characteristics specified at the time of order. The filtering is designed to exclude frequency signals other than those of interest related to the machine operating speed. This allows model 1-809 to track only the energy present within the filter bandwidth.

The 4-137 is a vibration transducer that outputs a voltage signal proportional to the velocity of vibration. Since the vibration velocity is proportional to the product of displacement and frequency, monitoring the vibration velocity allows for optimal detection of abnormalities in vibration. By using a special state-of-the-art bearing system, the usable time has been significantly extended. This vibration transducer is self-excited, has a high output level, and low output impedance, eliminating the need for special low-noise cables or charge amplifiers, thus simplifying the measurement system and enhancing reliability.
