This machine is the fully automatic squeegee grinding machine 'NSD-400FKA-90', which is specially designed with a focus on the finish of the grinding surface, parallelism, and straightness during angle grinding. The operating specifications allow for inputting grinding conditions such as the finished dimensions of the neck via a touch panel. The squeegee is set in the holder and mounted on the grinding machine. After closing the safety cover and turning on the start button, the neck dimensions are detected by a sensor, and the grinding operation begins.
