• Circuit Board Inspection Equipment

We have a track record of transactions with numerous electronic components and semiconductor manufacturers, as well as mechanical and auxiliary material manufacturers, allowing us to procure all kinds of parts and materials used in electronic and electrical products. In addition, we can source directly from various networks not only of domestic manufacturers but also from the Americas, Europe, and Asia. We do not just engage in purchasing; we also propose cost reduction through alternative parts based on technical grounds. Furthermore, we maintain a large inventory of chip CR components in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment, enabling us to respond to immediate delivery requests.

• Other electronic parts

We support all types of printed circuit board designs, from single-sided and double-sided to ultra-fine pitch multilayer boards. Based on cutting-edge multilayer board design descriptions in the AV equipment field, our design boards are used in various sectors including automotive, medical, industrial, and amusement. Additionally, by establishing our own design standards and integrating them with our manufacturing processes, we have earned high trust from our customers through reliable design quality and flexible delivery times. Since we have our own PCB assembly process in-house, we can demonstrate design techniques that consider optimal productivity and quality. • Wiring materials

From small machine parts to large television cabinets, and even highly complex structures like compact video cameras, we cover all aspects of mechanical design, including resin molded products, metal processed items, and packaging design, delivering the best functionality to you. Based on a wide range of design achievements, we implement applied mechanical design from fine functional components to large television cabinets, as well as packaging design. We accommodate a variety of materials, including injection molding, sheet metal, and aluminum die casting. Starting with material selection and integrating with our own assembly processes, we consider not only functionality but also productivity in our mechanical design. We ensure reliable design quality through collaboration with molding and mold manufacturers.

• Mechanical Design

We will develop high value-added boards using advanced electronics technology and design know-how. We support circuit design in all genres, from analog to digital, high-frequency circuits, audio and image processing, and FPGA development using description languages, as well as firmware, software, and circuit simulation. We propose optimal component placement and wiring design for the circuit board, and provide total services such as circuit board design considering transmission line analysis and EMC. We also respond flexibly to sudden specification changes and component changes.

• Mechanical Design

We are operating two lines each for surface mount and discrete components, separating the leaded solder process from the RoHS-compliant solder process, and managing production accordingly. We have database records of metal mask shapes and profiles, allowing us to propose optimal component placements that meet our customers' needs. We also accommodate high-density components such as BGA and LGA, and conduct X-ray inspections. We have obtained ISO 9001 certification (acquired in 2000 and transitioned to the 2008 version) and have established a quality system based on internal standards and a quality manual. We strive to improve quality management, from reflow and flow management to hand soldering operations through operator training. In the current PCB manufacturing environment, where the precision of manufacturing machines is a crucial factor, we implement thorough maintenance management. Additionally, we develop electrical testing jigs in-house, considering product performance and productivity, which enables us to maintain high-quality product manufacturing.

• Printed Circuit Board
