Development Bonding Wire ABW

As a bonding wire of the copper + Pd system, it was adopted for the first time in the world by a major overseas semiconductor manufacturer.

We planned and jointly developed a new bonding wire for semiconductors with Noge Electric Industry, a manufacturer, leading the world in this field. The technology of ABW (Advanced Bonding Wire) has its roots in the wiring materials for HDD heads.

Technology Development: Next-Generation Data Center Energy-Saving Technology Development
