This is a transparent visualization model made of acrylic and polycarbonate. It can be processed while maintaining high transparency. It is widely used as experimental components to verify internal conditions such as water and oil in medical devices and automobiles. It is also used in products that require transparency, such as cosmetic containers and light guide lenses.

We manufacture metal parts using a 5-axis machining center. We process complex parts with strict precision requirements, such as those around engines and transmissions, with high accuracy. We can also handle complex shapes like impellers. We accommodate from single pieces to small lot production.

Introducing Nan Design Co., Ltd.'s "Vacuum Casting." We create replica models with precision that can accurately reproduce even human fingerprints by taking molds of master models made through machining or 3D printing, as well as supplied items from customers, using silicone rubber, and then pouring urethane or epoxy resin into the molds.
