Processing Pipe Processing

We have various pipe processing technologies. We will meet your requests! Please feel free to contact us.

A part attached to the engine of M automobile manufacturer. A pipe through which the gauge for checking the engine oil level passes. After pipe processing, it is treated with bronze brazing and carbon dioxide arc welding, followed by colored chromate plating. Both products undergo a leak test after processing. There are two types of leak tests: submerged and differential pressure. Other technologies are also available.
