In 1993, we started at the request of the National Cardiovascular Center. The goal was to address the aging society and the decrease in the nursing population. After seven years, we managed to develop a highly sensitive gas sensor that can detect the initial stages of urination through signal processing. Currently, we are using a prototype to collect data through clinical trials. In addition to the original purpose of caring for bedridden elderly patients, unexpected applications have been devised, such as measuring the treatment effects of nocturnal enuresis in urology and obtaining baseline data on patients' urinary patterns.

Managing the viscosity of gravure ink, which was cumbersome and left to skilled workers, can now be entrusted to a circulation viscosity control system. Utilizing the characteristics of diaphragm pumps, it automatically adjusts ink viscosity to optimal levels through microcomputer control. Moreover, the operation is extremely simple, significantly enhancing the efficiency of the printing process.

To support cutting-edge R&D, it is necessary to develop experimental equipment that best matches the purpose in the shortest time possible. We at Four Leaves possess three design technologies that make this possible. Based on the recognition that "the foundation of manufacturing is quality," Four Leaves obtained ISO 9001 certification, the world quality assurance standard, in 1996. We aspire to grow into a world-class company in comprehensive quality management systems as well.
