Our main painting methods include solvent painting, cation electrodeposition painting, and electrostatic powder coating. For metal baked coatings, please leave it to Western Coating. While our main focus is on painting automotive parts and OA equipment, we also provide silk printing and assembly services. We have established three lines for electrodeposition, solvent, and powder coating, aiming to create reliable products through quality improvement and maintenance management. This is a painting method in which synthetic resin powder coatings are applied to the workpiece using static electricity and then heated to fuse, forming a coating film on the workpiece.

This is a painting method in which the workpiece is immersed in a water-soluble paint and connected to the cathode, while a direct current voltage is applied to the electrode plates in the coating tank as the anode, forming a coating film on the workpiece.
