The fluidized immersion method was developed in West Germany in the early 1950s and was introduced to our company in the mid-1950s. The general concept involves placing a porous partition at the bottom of a container filled with fluidized immersion powder, injecting pressurized air from below, which causes the powder above the partition to be uniformly suspended (this is called a fluidized bed). By immersing a preheated substrate (the workpiece) in this layer, a beautiful coating with a uniform thickness of over 200μ, free of drips and pinholes, is formed.

"Ryukot Light" is a coated steel pipe that has a thickness of 1.6t and features PVC resin coating on both the inner and outer surfaces. It is extremely lightweight, weighing about 1/5 compared to SPG (both ends 10KF), which allows for faster on-site construction. It uses a uniquely developed PVC resin that offers excellent weather resistance, making it suitable for outdoor use. The steel pipe is coated with PVC powder resin on both the inner and outer surfaces, making it usable even underwater. Furthermore, to enhance the inherent properties of the PVC resin and to increase the density and strength of the resin, we have independently developed a pretreatment process technology.

The Mini Coat method was developed in France in 1975, and the following year our company introduced exclusive implementation rights in Japan. Mini Coat is a processing method that is commonly referred to as non-holding and non-contact, without any "octopus legs" (suspension points), and is often called non-contact coating. The absence of octopus legs means there are no repair areas, resulting in excellent aesthetics and superior corrosion resistance. However, processing of large components is not possible.

A positive or negative high voltage is applied to the sprayed powder, and the grounded substrate generates a relatively opposite charge, electrically adhering the powder to the substrate. This is then placed in a furnace to melt and form a coating film. Since no solvent is used in the thin film, a beautiful coating film of 50 to 150 μm is formed without pollution. However, due to the thinness of the coating film, it is not suitable for corrosion protection applications compared to the flow immersion method.

The polyamide coating uniformly applied to the threaded surface absorbs the elastic twisting of the bolt caused by various vibrations and impacts. Additionally, the coating, which is elastically deformed when tightened, generates a strong rotational wear resistance force between the bolt threads, preventing the nut from rotating back.
