In managing the quality of products with drive components such as motors, measuring sound and vibration has become a widely adopted effective method. Furthermore, in recent years, the need to capture not only the magnitude of sound and vibration but also characteristic signals has increased to ensure higher quality. The CF-4500 can extract problematic characteristic frequency components and perform quality judgment through frequency analysis technology based on FFT, which our company has developed over many years. In addition to the "Block Comparator Function," which determines quality based on the levels of characteristic frequency components contained in the signal, we have newly added the "Shape Comparator Function," which assesses quality based on the shape of the signal, the "Tracking Function," which determines quality while varying the rotational speed, and the "Band Pass Filter & Monitor Function," which allows for auditory confirmation of abnormal noises.
