By attaching a "USB power adapter" (sold separately) and connecting it to mobile devices such as mobile phones, PDAs, and portable AV equipment with a DC input of 4V to 6V using commercially available USB charging cables, you can charge the batteries of those devices. If you pre-charge the rechargeable nickel-metal hydride batteries "Violetta," you can use them even when there is no sunlight. You can also supply power to mobile devices with a DC input of 3V by connecting them with a "DC power cable."
