We often handle orders of around 50 pieces per lot, which is our specialty. In recent years, we have strengthened both our machinery and personnel, allowing us to accommodate orders of over 100 pieces per lot. In-house, we utilize vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes, and multi-tasking lathes for larger quantities or complex high-precision machining. For short-run products ranging from single items to 10 pieces, we perform cutting processes using general-purpose horizontal boring machines, general-purpose lathes, vertical milling machines, and radial drilling machines. Additionally, we have cylindrical grinders, surface grinders, internal grinders, and CNC cylindrical grinders to meet the demands of customers seeking higher quality, precision, and finish through grinding processes. There are various heat treatment, welding, and surface treatment partner factories located within a radius of 3 to 5 kilometers, which allows us to reduce our customers' burdens and help resolve their concerns.

The finishing for appearance is achieved through polishing, and precision is finely adjusted through grinding, both processed by the grinding machine shown in the photo below.

It has a 4-claw chuck and is compatible with eccentric machining. Through complex processing utilizing our company's machining center, we respond to a wide range of customer needs.
