We manufacture a dedicated line for ultra-thin materials such as tinplate, called the "NC High-Speed Cutting Line." This line is broadly divided into sections that control the uncoiler, leveler, shearing, and stacker. It is the first machine in the process of creating products using tinplate, cutting the coils into fixed lengths. We also offer individual manufacturing, repair, and customization of each section to meet our customers' needs. Our company, which originally received work related to electric wires, specializes in machinery related to electric wires and wire materials. We have designed and developed various winding machines and rewinding machines, contributing to automation. A production line has been developed specifically for heavy long steel plates, particularly ultra-thin sheets like tinplate that require high precision and delicate handling. The entire process, from material feeding to product piling, is centrally controlled by a computer, including a drum shear dedicated to square cuts and a flying shear for scroll cuts. Operation is simplified with easy button controls, significantly improving productivity and safety in the workplace. ■ Features - We manufacture dedicated lines for ultra-thin sheets, such as tinplate, that require high precision and delicate handling. (Example specifications: sheet thickness 0.14 to 0.6 mm) - The flying shear line for scroll cuts can achieve speeds of up to 120 MPM. - The straight drum shear line can reach speeds of up to 180 MPM, with various options available to meet user needs.
