The 0.2% BeCu steel alloy is a vacuum structural material with ultra-low gas emission developed exclusively by our company.

The hardness of the 0.2% BeCu alloy is harder than that of stainless steel, and its thermal expansion coefficient matches that of copper and stainless steel, allowing it to connect with existing stainless components using copper gaskets for general Conflat seals, enabling a reliable vacuum seal that can withstand high-temperature baking.
