At our machinery factory, we are promoting the modernization and rationalization of machining equipment, and we are striving to provide our customers with better products more quickly, along with strengthening quality control. Additionally, we have a wide variety of metal processing machines, so we believe we can provide products that satisfy our customers, from large-scale machining to small-scale machining.

• Special Processing Machinery

Since April 2000, Yonago Kiko Co., Ltd. has started the design, manufacturing, and delivery of forming rolls, having received a license transfer and technical assistance from Hitachi Metals, Ltd., as well as sales channels. Using high-grade special steel from Hitachi Metals, Ltd., we carry out a consistent process from design to manufacturing, delivering to numerous cold forming manufacturers both domestically and internationally, including major companies. Cold forming is one of the manufacturing processing methods for producing cross-sectional shapes such as pipes, profiles, plates, and sash materials. Forming rolls play an important role in continuously bending metal materials such as coil materials and cut plates in the width direction to obtain the desired cross-sectional shape from flat materials.
