The "Grease Separation" device is an oil separation and recovery system that prevents oil from flowing into drainage pipes and grease traps. By inputting leftover soup or broth from dishes and pots into this device, only the oil is separated and recovered. After removing the oil, only the water is directed to the grease trap, resulting in minimal oil flowing into the grease trap and drainage pipes. This helps prevent blockages in the drainage pathway and improves the foul odor from grease traps. The significant reduction in the inflow of fats makes cleaning and managing grease traps easier and contributes to environmental issues (wastewater).
