A pad (SMP Pad) made from shape memory resin, which is also used for nursing and medical purposes, softens upon contact with human skin due to body temperature and conforms to the shape of the nose. By making contact with the entire nose, it helps prevent slipping.

The adoption of a high-performance brushless motor ensures outstanding durability and eliminates the need for maintenance. With the use of a brushless motor, there are no emissions of substances that could affect electronic components.

• Assembly Machine

By adding spiral grooves to the flexible beta titanium pipe through laser processing, we were able to achieve even greater flexibility and springiness. It is excellent in corrosion resistance, strong, flexible, and lightweight. The characteristics of the beta titanium pipe have been faithfully reproduced. By changing the slit width and pitch, it is possible to control flexibility and springiness.

Compared to existing fibrous abrasives, it excels in grinding power and provides a smooth finished surface, which leads to reduced processing time, fewer steps in the process, and easier automation. Additionally, due to its unique elastic effect, it generates less grinding heat and allows for stable, long-duration continuous polishing without clogging.
