As part of our auxiliary facilities, we have seven fully automatic cleaning machines that ensure cleanliness to meet customer requirements through ultrasonic vibration. Furthermore, the poly containers we deliver to customers are also cleaned with dedicated automatic cleaning machines, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition, which has been greatly appreciated by our clients.

By utilizing the latest machinery and cutting-edge technology, and adhering to strict quality control processes, we deliver metal products with high precision and durability to our customers. As part of our auxiliary facilities, we have installed automated rack warehouses in two factories that perform first-in, first-out operations simply by reading and registering the barcodes on the product labels through computer control. *The equipment shown in the photo can accommodate approximately 400 pallets. Additionally, by storing a variety of molds in automated racks, we have also automated mold management.

It is a type of press processing that uses an automated system combined with robots. In this system, robots transport the materials and perform processing with press machines. The robots can accurately position the materials based on programming and send them to the press machines. This method enables the automation of material transport and processing steps, improving productivity and efficiency. Thanks to the high precision and repeatability of the robots, consistent quality and accurate processing are possible. It is also suitable for building flexible production lines that integrate multiple processes and is widely used in the manufacturing industry as a whole. Our company can achieve processing with a maximum pressing capacity of 500 tons through a robot line that connects the blanking process and four servo presses.

Progressive stamping is a type of press processing that involves continuously supplying material and processing it in sequence. The material is wound in coils and fed in at a constant speed by a dedicated feeding device. Inside the press machine, multiple processes are arranged, and the material undergoes cutting, bending, hole punching, and other processing at each stage. Progressive presses are widely used in industries that require high-speed and continuous processing for mass production and high productivity. By combining with automated control systems, high precision and efficient production are achieved. At our company, we produce processes that could only be done with traditional transfer presses through our unique die design in a progressive manner, allowing no other company to catch up.

The transfer press is a type of specialized press machine used in manufacturing and the automotive industry. It features multiple stations and processes arranged in a continuous manner, allowing for the simultaneous processing and transportation of multiple materials. In conventional press machines, materials are processed one at a time, which can lead to decreased productivity. However, in a transfer press, multiple stations are arranged continuously, allowing the workpieces to be transported between these stations. Once a workpiece is processed at one station, it automatically moves to the next station for the subsequent process. This method enables efficient transportation of workpieces and improves productivity. Furthermore, because multiple stations are processing simultaneously, it becomes possible to process multiple workpieces at the same time. This leads to increased productivity and enhanced production efficiency. Our company has assembled 18 transfer press machines ranging from 160 tons to 250 tons, producing at the maximum rotational speed that the press equipment can achieve. Additionally, all lines are equipped with a chidorii device, and we are committed to cost reduction through various methods.

Our company manufactures automotive and industrial bearing parts using 19 transfer presses with a maximum capacity of 250 tons. We are working on cost reduction through various methods, such as improving yield rates with 2D material feeding devices and reducing setup time with dedicated QDC molds.

• Plastic processing machines (cutting and rolling)

Our company possesses "Aida HMX" and "Blumuller presses" capable of high-speed and high-precision press processing. In particular, we operate at 200 to 600 spm for small diameters, with a maximum press processing capacity of 40 million per month. Naturally, with high-speed processing, costs inevitably decrease. We are working on improvements to deliver cheaper products with higher quality and faster delivery.
