The "ADS Series" is a scaler-equipped A/D converter that receives DC4-20mA analog signals and outputs BCD signals. It has been miniaturized to about half the depth of the conventional product (ADS-N), significantly improving functionality. As a built-in transducer, it can combine up to two synchro transmitters or potentiometers. Up to six limit switches can be built in. The opening degree can be output as a DC 4-20mA current signal. Depending on the input conditions, it can incorporate a high-precision reduction gear with a maximum ratio of 1/200. The terminal block can accommodate M3 to M4 screws and can be built in with up to 40 points.

The built-in gear ratio can be increased from 6/1 to 1/36 (maximum reduction of 1/256).

It has a built-in potentiometer and R/I converter, and can output a 2-wire DC 4-20mA analog signal. Please supply DC 24V to the 2-wire analog signal circuit. The allowable load resistance is 750Ω. It is also possible to choose a model with only the main unit display and no signal output. The main unit has a rainproof structure, but a protective cover can be made separately if necessary. Replacement examples: Toshiba model 390C, Yokogawa Electric model MC56, Fuji Electric model FNF, and others. Model example: WT2510-400A (please inform us when requesting a quote).

The terminal block is covered with a clear panel, providing excellent protection and maintainability. It supports 4-digit BCD (+ each digit parity, BUSY) signals. It is compatible with the ARR-10 from DENSEI.

This is our flagship model of the aperture meter, which achieves high-precision and compact aperture detection through our unique technology. The APC mechanism constantly controls the counterweight to the optimal position, maintaining a constant tension in the messenger wire to ensure stable and high detection accuracy. By using a 4mm diameter wire for the messenger wire, it experiences minimal elongation, resulting in high precision. It can also incorporate various signal converters such as A/D-RS converters and synchro transmitters, making it ideal as a remote measurement aperture transmitter. Additionally, it can be equipped with a dial-type scale that directly indicates the gate aperture through a built-in mechanical indication mechanism.

The rotation amount (angle) is output directly as a BCD signal. The output value can be read in decimal from the main window. No power supply is required. You can choose between 3-digit and 4-digit types.

It enables operation at a medium opening degree. Instead of the unstable analog signals seen in conventional overseas inclinometers, it outputs high-precision synchro signals. It features a waterproof structure compliant with JIS-IP68. By using a converter, it is also possible to output 4-20mA and BCD digital signals in addition to the synchro signals.

High detection accuracy can be achieved even over long spans. Adjustments can be made entirely from the top, eliminating any blind spots during adjustment. The detection position can be set arbitrarily. Up to six sets of contact signals can be output. Since everything is done mechanically, high reliability is obtained. Hysteresis is minimal. It has an outdoor stationary rainproof structure. The cable exit can be easily selected from three locations (installation positions can be changed on-site).

The measurement range can accommodate from small to high elevations. High-precision contacts (limit switches) can be built in as needed. Optionally, transducers such as cell-syn motors and potentiometers can be integrated for use as a water level transmitter. It can also provide a 4-20mA output. There is also a track record of replacement from the float-type liquid level transmitter FNF series (discontinued) by Fuji Electric Systems Co., Ltd.

The float diameter is small, allowing detection in narrow wells. The detection axis is 1m per rotation, and various rotational sensors (RS-A/D converters, synchros, and others) can be connected. It automatically indicates the correct water level even after a power outage. It can measure high elevation.

It uses an easy-to-read 7-segment LED. The dip switch on the back of the device allows for decimal point movement, zero suppression switching settings, and lamp testing. It can display up to 4 or 5 digits. There are also compact 2 and 3 digit types available.

The zero hold function suppresses the output of abnormally large values when the synchro transmitter rotates in the negative direction from the zero position (for example, scaling 359 degrees when at minus 1 degree). The upper limit hold function allows you to set the maximum output value. It maintains the specified value (reference lift) while lifting the door body with a hoist beyond the maximum opening. It is also possible to set multiple different scales. The NT5700 uses two different scales based on the opening. This feature accommodates the step winding correction of the wire drum. The set values can be changed using the main body switch, allowing for fine adjustments on-site. With the linearizer option, it is possible to store any conversion table in ROM, enabling more complex opening conversions, such as converting the arc opening of a radial gate to a vertical opening. When you want to set the current angle of the synchro transmitter to the zero output point (zero setting), it can be done with just one push of a button on the device body (this is done when the gate is fully closed), making on-site fine adjustments easy. You can set the direction of increase or decrease of the output value relative to the rotation direction of the synchro transmitter.

Directly slot-in to the Mitsubishi sequencer "MELSEC-Q" series (occupying 2 slots). Zero position adjustment can be done with a one-touch adjustment using a switch on the front panel. Scale conversion can be set arbitrarily in the sequence program. Additionally, when changes occur in the data after scale conversion, a pulse signal is output, reducing the burden on the sequence program. A synchro motor that is resistant to environmental conditions is used for the sensor. The signals from the sensor use an easy-to-connect terminal block. Signal wires up to 1.25 mm² can be connected directly. Model selection is possible according to the application. There are absolute types with 1ch, 2ch, and 2-speed, as well as semi-absolute types with 1ch and 2ch. The 2ch model, in particular, offers significant cost advantages. A surge absorber for lightning protection is built into the unit.

It is also possible to process the BUSY signal waveform of the A/D-RS converter output, and it supports chattering. There is a function to forcibly set the output data to zero using an external zero position signal. It can check the input data and output a parity error signal. Additionally, it is possible to perform arbitrary arithmetic processing as an option.
